The FX Pocket Chrono Pro is a refined chronometer, which is suitable for both airguns and firearms. Combined with the integrated atmospheric sensors, this chronometer offers a wealth of useful data.
Thanks to the doppler radar technology, the Pocket Chrono Pro can measure projectile velocities with a high degree of accuracy. Velocities between 200 and 4500 fps (60-1370 m/s) can be measured, making the chronometer suitable for use with both airguns and firearms. Using the Bluetooth connection, it can be connected with a smartphone through the FX Radar app, which can read measured velocities out loud. This way, the shooter does not need to take their eye off the target.
This chronometer also contains a number of atmospheric sensors, which measure air pressure, humidity and temperature. Furthermore, the PRS mode enables a built-in level which measures side-to-side cant as well as offering a timer. It is also possible to calculate the ballistic coefficient (BC), based on the measurements made.
The FX Pocket Chrono Pro chronometer can be mounted directly onto the rifle or on the included tripod. The weapon mount can attach to both Weaver/Picatinny mounting rails as well as Arca-Swiss mounting rails.
