Alsafe is a well-known carbon Bottle Manufacturer used in a number of Air Rifles. EG: RTI Arms. And is what the Air Marksman Brand uses for their Carbon Bottles.
You will fine PCP air rifles generally have one of two Brands Alsafe or INNOCOM (Found on FX) there is no difference.
The main difference is with these is that you are not paying for Branding Eg: FX on the bottle.
