Classic design. Compact size
The NEW Pulsar Merger LRF XP50 thermal imaging binoculars are reminiscent of the classic binocular design we are all use to during the daytime. With a newer, more compact design, the new Pulsar Merger LRF XP50 binoculars fit nicely in your hand, and still offer the appearance & functionality we have come to expect from Pulsar. It boasts (6) buttons, which are placed in an easy to access location and the most frequently used functions are activated with a single touch.
Comfortable Veiwing experience
The Merger LRF binoculars’ optical design fully takes into account the nature of human vision. It is natural for a person to receive visual information through two visual channels simultaneously. Viewing with two eyes is less tiring than viewing with one. This means better detection of small or faint objects, and better performance in low-contrast scenarios than similar monocular thermal imaging devices with the same technical level. The interpupillary distance in the Merger LRF binoculars is adjustable from 56 to 71 mm in accordance with the individual characteristics of a particular user.
Precise Laser Rangefinder
The all new Pulsar Merger LRF XP50 features a brand new integrated, precision laser rangefinder provides accurate rangefinding in two modes – Single Time Measurement and Scanning mode with ±1 m accuracy up to 1 km distance. Accurate distance readings help to quickly assess the size of territory, distance and relief.
Exceptional thermal sensor sensitivity < 25 mK NETD
Pulsar Merger LRF XP50 features a new thermal imaging sensor with NETD <25mK ensures perfect detail recognition even in the hardest weather conditions when thermal contrast is low. The smallest temperature differences will be clearly visible during the rainfall, fog or cold mornings in the most difficult conditions for thermal imager.
IPX7 Waterproof rated
IPX7 waterproof-rated for protection from heavy rainfall, snow or other precipitation. The unit is designed to run flawlessly, even after submersion in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
Effective Temperature Stabilization of the Sensor
A radiator panel, located on the device’s body, effectively prevents heat build-up from the sensor and other components while also significantly reducing temperature and noise sensitivity, especially between calibrations.
Updatable Firmware
For initial setup and additional updates, the iOS and Android compatible Stream Vision App ensures the most recent Accolade LRF software versions are available.
Manual Contrast and Brightness Adjustment
Contrast and brightness can be adjusted manually to fit individual preferences. The settings are stored in the memory of the unit and can be easily changed when required.
Observation Modes
Image optimization should be performed depending on the environmental location and conditions. Mountains, cities and forests have different ambient temperatures. In order to achieve the highest possible image quality, certain settings have been optimized and gathered into profles. As a result, optimized imaging in various conditions is easier. Identifcation preset is another optimalimaging option that makes identifying easier, even at longer distances.
